Can we ban accessibility overlay plugins in the agency defaults page?

Clients keep buying them after a sales call. I am tired of explaining they are not a lawsuit shield.

Yes. Put it on the defaults page next to ‘no page builder just this once.’ Overlays are a procurement problem, not an a11y strategy.
