WordPress 6.9 RC Adds Saved Views for Custom Post Types
The release candidate lets editors store a filtered list of events, listings, or recipes and return to it. Agencies that live in CPTs will notice first.

Saved views were useful when they only knew posts and pages. The 6.9 release candidate teaches them custom post types, including the caps that actually gate the screen.
It is not a replacement for a CRM. It is a way to stop rebuilding the same filter every Monday. If your CPT still hides behind a mystery menu, this will not save you. If it is a real content type, it just got a memory.
