The classic WordPress performance crime is installing three cache plugins and a CDN and then asking why login cookies misbehave. Vendors are finally detecting each other.
A yellow admin notice is not architecture. It is a confession that the ecosystem trained people to collect caches like stamps.
Pick one page cache, one object cache, and a host that already does the boring parts. Then stop shopping.
