The Site Editor Is a Product. Treat It Like One.
Opinion: a canvas without an onboarding path is not ‘powerful.’ It is unfinished retail.

Power users will always find the Site Editor. Beginners will always find the back button. Those are not the same product unless you name the doors.
Ship a write path that looks like writing. Put templates behind a label a human would use. Stop calling confusion a learning opportunity.
